Wah, I just realized that I haven't updated my blog for 3 days already; oh no, a symptom of laziness, haha.. I was quite busy these 3 days, got back home late, tired and sleepy, that's why I never updated this blog. Ok, anyway, just to give a rough things I did the past few days:
Monday: Went for the letter-folding job with 3 other friends. It was quite fun, but very monotonous. Sometimes we told jokes and brainstormed of a strategy to finish the job as long as possible (for money!). Apparently we finished earlier than we thought because we have 5 people doing it altogether. =(
Tuesday: Went to see Agnes, my current part-time employer at Printees, to ask her for a signature for my Form B (to apply for Letter of Consent for employment). However, since I am just a part-time worker there, she refused to sign the form due to some legal issues, the risk that she may take and stuff. I understood what she was concerned with, so I didn't persuade her too much. She even called MOE and the MOE officer told me to come down that day at 5pm. What a sudden appointment! I should be going to caregroup at that time! But this concerns my stay in Singapore also, so, oh well, I had to go to MOE in the end, came late for CG.
Shawn finally announced the CG restructuring to us and I think it's going to be a great beginning. Timothy was quite blur about all the new terms that I think he had never heard of, hahah... After that I went to Gideon's house to accompany him study for his exam, while I continued reading 'The Life You've Always Wanted' book. I stayed over at his house as well. He said his room was very messy, but when I came to see his room, lo and behold, it was SUPER NEAT!!! I think his standard is too high already, hahah..
Wednesday: Had a great breakfast in the morning, made by Gideon's mum. Thanks auntie! I went to work in the afternoon, then to the Y-Communications meeting at KFC @ Toa Payoh. We discussed about camp stuff (I am not supposed to give out any information as it is confidential =P ). It was quite hard to brainstorm especially for the logo. Anyway, somehow I felt that it was quite fruitful and to be honest, if we didn't have that meeting, we may not have the drive to start designing (at least for me :p) hahahah..
