Woke up early in the morning to go for work at Es Teler @ City Plaza, Paya Lebar! My first time there, and to be honest, i didn't even know that a place called City Plaza exists, so i guess I'll have to explore Singapore more :p There is an incredibly huge number of Indonesian maids there! It was a very tiring job being a waiter as I had to stand for almost 10 hours non-stop (~_~). And apparently, every Sunday there will always be a lot of maids coming to this specific restaurant to eat, as meeting place with their fellow maids, hanging out with their boyfriends and stuff. From the trend that I saw today, most of them were kind of 'bossy', kept asking me to clean the table, give them tissues, hear them complain, aaarrggghh... What I am quite surprised about them is that they did not finish their food, or worse still, THEY WASTE A LOT A LOT A LOT OF FOOD!!!!! Deep inside I actually couldn't stand them, but oh well, I was a waiter anyway. It made me wonder, don't they remember how hard it was to even eat proper food when they were back in Indo? It was seriously a lot of food; some even just eat one spoonful and left their food untouched. Oh well, anyway, at least I got $70 today! Praise God! Now $30 more to go in order to be able to pay for my rental fee this Friday, hahah..
Tomorrow there will be another work, hopefully not as tiring as today's one; it is a letter-folding job, starting 10 am. So I guess I'll need to sleep soon.. -_-...
My verse of the day:Tomorrow there will be another work, hopefully not as tiring as today's one; it is a letter-folding job, starting 10 am. So I guess I'll need to sleep soon.. -_-...
"Do not pervert justice or show partiality. Do not accept a bribe, for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and twists the words of the righteous. Follow justice and justice alone, so that you may live and possess the land the Lord your God is giving you."
