SCUM Manifesto

A book by Valerie Solanas, abbreviation of Society for Cutting Up Men. Watched the movie "I Shot Andy Warhol" during class today. It really shows a different perspective of life in New York, the underground life.

It got me thinking about how as minors, people sometimes are searching for justice, trying to set up a "standard" by which everything should fall into, looking for acceptance by the society. It's just.. sad.

And lastly, my image of Andy was tarnished, lol. Well, yeah he's famous and all, but the way he handles things is just.. weird... The funny part is whenever he's interviewed, most of the time he'd answer, "Um, yes" or  "Um, no", lol. Just a personal opinion, at least in relative to the film, cos I never saw Andy's real life before.
