Sleep..

Some consequences of sleep deprivation:
  • Stress and anxiety
  • Anger, irritability and depression
  • Lack of focus and difficulty in concentrating
  • Short term memory loss
  • Impaired ability to drive a motor vehicle
  • Suppression of the immune system
